customer has just called me, scratches on two windows, been cleaning her windows about a year, she said they weren't there before definately, i remember cleaning them and did nothing unusual, i cant prove i didn't do the scratches bloody annoying.
Best tips on how to remove scratches please people.

I think you can buy glass paper to remove scratches as long as there not to deep. Prob caused by grit in ya brush perhaps rinse ya brush in a bucket of pure water occassionally !!!!

cheers if it was grit why did it do two totally different windows, it is suppose to be difficult to scratch glass

My response to this is to give the customer the brush, then challenge them to scratch the glass with it on the promise that if they succeed I will pay for a replacement unit.
I've never paid out yet.
I firmly believe that it is virtually impossible to scratch glass with a wfp brush if it is used properly (this doesn't include scratches caused by rubbing the stock on the glass - but if you do that you should expect to have to replace the unit for being a total tw@t) so that's why I won't just pay up on the customers say-so. You're going to lose the custy anyway, so don't throw away good money replacing damaged units that are none of your fault!
