I have a 3 storey apartment block with roof veloxes and use an old 60 foot Brodex but measured the pole on floor at what I actually extend and came to 44 foot so saving up for a 50ft supermax or a 40 ft supermax and some stilts which ever is cheapest.

Sounds like a plan  :o

Alternatively just stand on the roof of your van or the customers car, whichever is parked closest  ;D

Did a few of these today. Just about reach with CLX 27. Bit bendy at full stretch but does OK.

You could always use a step ladder to give you a few extra feet, although you'd have to be sure it was on a sound base.

Did one yeasterday on top of a converted hospital, four storeys + roof. This is a killer as I have to use an old Brodex which weighs about 30 stone  :o

Not ideal but a possible solution if concerning just one window. If an every day issue then of course a longer pole, or longer arms, legs and middle bit will be required.

Look at these, they are ladders, but don't tell that missus you speak to, as they are totally illegal to use. I bought mine under the counter, it was a very high counter though  ;D

I now have 2 of these houses ,I will try my little DIY extension and step ladders for now ,can't afford a bigger pole at the minute as only! Few months in but will certainly be looking for a bargain one ,the 25 ft poke I got is red with a metal gooseneck I think you call them its heavy  does that sound like s brodex

Wouldn't buy another pole to use just for this window. Your customer can clean it from inside.
