I'm a bit sick of the slow fill time and the amount of waste waterI get on my R/o and really fancy pushing the boat out and buying something decent.
My mate has a system that produces no waste at all. it cost a about £3,000 but will do 600 litres in about 20 mins.
The company that did it for him are no longer in business but thats the sort of thing I want.
Any idea's?
Thanks
Terry.

There is no RO system that produces no waste. I'd be very suprised if there is an RO system that can produce 600 litres of pure water in 20 mins, infact not many taps can match that rate !!!

What would you suggest if he had an unlimited budget, i'd be very interested ?

I would love to know how he was filling it, maybe a hydrant as filling 600 litres in 20 mins through a membrane from a standard tap seems to me a little hard to believe to be honest

Twin 4040 hf5 (in series) should do the trick or perhaps the six membrane flexi filter system.

The system my mate has goes through a water softener into a 1000 litre header tank first then pumped by a very large pump through two very large membranes and filters.
It's so quick. He filled my 600 litre tank up for me and then we stood talking for a while it may have been 30 mins not 20 but very quickly produced what we had just taken out.Amazin!
His system did take a bit of setting up which is why i'm looking for a company to do it for me rather than buy all the bits myself.
Anyone got any suggestion as to where to look?
Thanks
Terry
