Title: Late Payment Charges

 I saw a post on here a while ago about a £40 late payment charge but have been unable to find it again. Can anyone help? Cheers.

I just typed a large reply to this and included a pdf file to assist. Bloody site stated upload folded full and all of my post was lost.

Not going to do again but let me have an email for you and I'll send a pdf that we used to compose our letter advising of interest chatges and a deadline for payment to avoid.

In short, payment received, customer still a customer and always now pay on time.
