was in job today working away then out went the fuse box
so went to see what the problem was... I had left the machine outside in rain
ran machine with just pump went ok then i ran each vac and everytime i put the first vac on the fuse box went
so i carried on with a single vac but then the vac began to to suction and then lost it completely
so I goes home and opens the switches up on the handle and found alot of water in there
tried tring it out and still the 2nd vac is not sucking and 1st 1s fusing
any solutions ?????

You really need to dry it out. Get a blower in the guts of the machine or even get in there with a hair dryer.
Water will short it out. Even a wee drop in the wrong place.

Take the swith panel off and WD40 the switches. If the dont have shrouds on them anymore you will need to get it in there too.
I once spilt a bucket of water over mine on a job and had to do this.
You can even take one off of the pump switch if thats not tripping and switch it to the vacuum thats tripping and see if its just a switch. It may be that the vac has gone and its just coincidence.
The Steempro doesnt work well with one vac unless you blank off the intake on the idle motor as it just sucks through the vac and the tank loosing negative pressure.

Tried a new switch on it still same prob... What are the signs if vacs go does it affect the other vac?
