Title: why no PM functions

out of curiosity ?  why are there no PM functions on here.

would be a great addition imho ;)

There once was - then people advertised different forums through them - then unpleasant messages were left and the sender immediately deleted his account.

So that particular avenue of fun was cut off to us all - bit like the irritating teacher at school that no-one respected because he would put the whole class in detention for the actions of one or two!

be really nice to see it back and tried again.  i promise i will be good ;D

i think that the forum would be a much more personal experience with a pm function imho

There's e-mail if you want a private chat. 

I don't like PMs.  It's like you lot would be gossiping behind my back, but to be honest I wouldn't want to know what you were saying about me; I'm big-headed enough as it is.
