Looks like an extraction machine with 110w lead. But then that is stating the bleeding obvious I suppose

 its a stimvac junior,first machine i ever used good machine in its day. I think it had a single three stage vac and about 60 psi pump.

that plug is 240v like the 110 but they are yellow that one is blue.

3 guages so i would guess vac, pressure and heater

i think it had two heaters, one could be used with vac and pump running or both could be used together to heat tank prior to cleaning.it has sensors in the waste tank to switch off vac motor which used to be a bit tempermental.

Yes it's a Stimvak Junior, also the 1st machine I used.

What I have always thought about the click on here send a message to me on eBay asking what it is then comeing on here pretending to know what they are talking about
