Had a play with this today. Diluted 3 oz per US gallon as instructed.
Theres no foam on the carpet only a 'damp' look. Do I need to make it stronger?? Was using brushes.
Also when using white pads I assume you cut a hole in the middle to allow the solution through when using a cimex.
Thanks

Mark,
I find leaving the pads complete is better, the solution once absorbed into the pad seems to give a better coverage , whether this is right or wrong !!!!!! i,m not sure , just my preference.
The foamimg ability of surround is not as good as cimex encaps own solution, but better than rotobrite, i do now add a small amount of craftex high foamimg dry shampoo, this does help , as far as i am aware this goes not affect the properties of encapsulation as i have tried the saucer test to see the chrystalisation.

I don't cut hole in the white pads and even though it doesn't foam up so much it still cleans well, better than the Thermadry with bonnets
I normally mix at 5oz per gallon
