Title: Rain water harvesting
Post by: H2GoKent on May 06, 2012, 03:55:38 pm
Even though it's not stopped raining since April, in the paper yesterday they were threatening stand pipes next year down here in the South if we had a dry winter.
So as the subject line suggested thinking of harvesting rain water, at least I'll be able to get some work done....

Anyone do it on here? What do you use?
Cheers

It's been discussed on here quite a bit, and quite recently someone put a pic of a small set up. If you do a search it will come up!

Ok thanks for your reply will look, guess I was being a bit lazy.

As for standpipes in the street, it has happened, in the 1970's.
I don't think they will but who knows.
I think it's all show boating to try and force everyone onto metres...
