If I was in a position to. I would buy that and employ somebody to do it for you unless you could fit it in with what you have

yeah good business opportunity. 45+ grand a year or 450 grand for ten years (and ever increasing) for that money is a good deal i think

absolute bargain and a lovely addition to your business

would have to employ 2 x so take that into account on numbers , employees contributions etc etc
