Can,t help you with the staff Owen as I am up North tha knows,
but would like to Know how many jobs you would expect from 3 staff? Kind regards Phil

hi

3 staff do 4 jobs 1hr each and then the pm staff kick in and do another 4

i charge for the size of the house not by the hour so lets say i charge 40.00 to do the house i only have 14.00 in wages if iam one of the 3 staff and if i and my other half do it then it is only 7.00
