In all fairness,the window above the parapet directly above him-they are still buggers to get too even with wfp +gooseneck ,so I wonder what matey is gonna do? :)

What I've done - under duress - is to go into the house, trudge up the stairs, open the window, climb out, stand on the ledge, and clean the window.
Only once though, for an old lass I liked.
