Despite all the rain and general doom and gloom-I have spent a couple of productive days in the office
Secured a brand new nursing home contract bi-monthly and landed a beautiful large kentish farmhouse with barn conversion in the grounds(in/out)
My message really then is, whatever the weather ,there's opportunity to be found if you keep positive

No Magic,resting at home after minor op, so office based for the next week or so(joys of self employment eh?cant really sit round and do nowt!!)
Having worked hard for the last 4 years canvassing etc.. finally the work seems to be coming to us :)
Its all better priced and quality so I'm not too concerned about some of the lost customers we have endured in the last couple of weeks(moving time in the housing market is the main culprit)
Doesnt mean that we still wont be chasing every opportunity(got a sniff of a large hotel on the coast near me-so fingers crossed)

Lol good Luck,I'm finding after doing good work the reccomendations start to flow,just finished a bungalow wash down,gutters ,fascias,conny roof ,windows,took 3 hours underpriced,but lovely people and I know they have a big family,so I thought its paid advertising ;D

Thats how it goes-if you do a good job,are reliable and trustworthy,your round soon gets built quickly as word spreads
