Title: payment slips

We are currently trying to reduce how much time we waste on collecting so looking for a payment slip idea we can leave if the custy isnt home with details of how to pay!?
I have come up with something basic but just wanted a look at what others use??
Any help would be great thanks

I am after a slip/design that quickly explains the methods of payments are either send a cheque or online transfer as I want to stop the ball ache of collecting

Even with BACS and postal cheques you will still need to go back and remind people

Postcard sized (4 to a page) they're printed on 160g/m2 paper from staples and on the back in big letters it says 'your windows were cleaned today'

I have these printed in books of 50. I fill out top copy and put it in envelope and a copy stays in the book.

Thanks Graham, received email, will look at all the slips that have been emailed and design one, using bits from each different slip

I used to leave a stamped envelope years ago, then changed to just an envelope.
Now that everyone will know I take bank transfer,I will leave an envelope but gradually as people start using bank transfer I will stop leaving them an envelope.

Post by: windowcleaninginessex.co.uk on June 06, 2012, 07:08:57 pm: Claudio, I had no problem what so ever, when I used to leave a stamped envelope, I only left it on the second clean, so they sent cheque for 2 cleans. When I changed to just an envelope, no stamp, again only left on 2nd clean.
I am finding customers are now paying on every clean by bank transfer

I leave home about 5am every morning, last thing I want to do is go out in the evening to collect money, that's why I started the envelope way, and adding the bank transfer just makes it better.
