Title: moss help
Post by: mark m on April 28, 2012, 11:42:20 pm: i need to get some moss of a roof the roof is old slate so i was nervous of useing a pressure washer so i have been looking at mossgo is it good or what would you use

Slate will be pegged nightmare to replace breakages, I can see 'mossgo' as a solution to some problems but that video does not do them any favours! Hs looks a joke, guys clambering over roof with no protection! But as they r roofers its ok..

I agree i am not going to use a pressure washer what would use

Post by: mike roberts on May 01, 2012, 06:58:08 am: I would not quote job.... and explain reasons to customer. If you use mossgo from vid large depsoits have to be scrapped off, this can be done safely via scafolding telescopic poles but want happens if in doing so you dislodge tiles ?
