what matt has used is good, i would also remove half your keyword eirthwc (thats vanity) as is all your website address ( will search for your website address ? )
it has a lot to do with the way your site wording is layed out also.

<title>..:: Erith Window Cleaning 01322 450 191 ::..</title>
CHANGE TO SOMETHING LIKE
<title>window cleaners erith | kent window cleaning</title> (ABOUT 60 CHARACTERS)
<meta http-equiv="keywords" content="window cleaners, erith, window cleaning, belvedere etc etc" /> (ABOUT 150 CHARACTERS, BUT THIS TAG IS NOT REALLY USED BY GOOGLE THESE DAYS)
<meta http-equiv="description" content="window cleaners based in Erith Kent with Residential window cleaners & Commercial window cleaning "/> (ABOUT 150 CHARACTERS)
You could also use a bit of relevant text on your homepage, using your main key phrase a few times, once in your H1 tag and again in the general text a couple of times.
Hope this helps

Meta tags are holding no real weight at all now due to being misused.
You need to look at;
The descriptions in your title, h1, h2 headings. And the main description of your pages.
You need to look at the internal links coming into your site and where they are coming from. Having links that are from highly ranked sites are better and google will look at you as a good source of info.
It's also good to look at specific keywords to make sure they are with in your description. You can also have in bound links targeting these specific keywords.
what also helps is the age of your site. If the URL Is mature google recognizes that you must be a good source of info

adding to that, inbound links put into a site are monitors by google, many linking to every tom dick and harry just to get a link will not only do very little it will also get you penailised I did post this on here last year but seemed to be ignored.
