ok what questions should be asked and also other things to look out for.
-
Make sure you work the first clean to be introduced to the customers. Don't just pay for a list of details.
-
Make sure you know how much is collected so you know the exact price of the work
-
Be clear in your mind why they are selling. Who is going to sell good jobs? Theres always a catch IMO
-
obviously i know there will be some rubbish in amongst it. That's the way it goes i guess. lol

DONT DO WHAT I DONE!
Hand over £3500 in cash, in return for a few lists of names and addresses, in areas your not familiar with, an hours drive away ;)
I was lucky in that it was all genuine, and worked out good, but looking back I was an idiot.

DONT buy work
DO leaflet then canvass a few days later
then the work is at your prices and it costs you nothing!! ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
Ask my mate John Farrell ... he will tell you how not to do it ;D ;D
