Title: jet wash decking

any one got any tips on jet washing decking ,got a big one to do on weds ,customer wants it doin cos very slippy ,,ive done a few but the results never seem to have the wow factor ,like a nice block paving job ,,im woried it may still be slippy thanx everyone for the wonderfull feedback im about to recieve  ;D :D :D

You generally find that untreated decking will still be slippy after cleaning , this is normally due to a biofilm of Algae retained in the wood, especially north face deckiing, we use Swift & Sure safe algae remover to kill the spores and help prevent it growing again in a short period of time as if it was untreated, algae will grow soon as the surface is dry.
Best method clean decking with power washer or deck scrubber leave to dry, then evenly spray solution to cover all decking, even in the grooves and leave to dry. totally safe for humans, animals and plant life, if you need to know more call me on 07771523669

Yet another decking expert on board
