Didn,t think so, as nobody from your company cares a toss about window cleaning.

Quite correct, they are a crap and do a pathetic job when they ever turn up.

Best thing that ever happened to me losing them Boots stores.

We cleaned the Manchester stores, and like i say it seriously was the best thing that ever happened.

They clean my local Argos, we lost it to them, the manageress used to be really fussy and a right pain in the a55, to see the state of it now does make me chuckle, we were the last ones to clean the fanlights on it 2+ years ago!! she must be steaming from her ears ;D Haha.

Cant just blame Interserve or the chap who cleans for them, the stores themselves have to take a look at themselves as well. When I started cleaning Argos many years ago the windows were cleaned weekly inside and 3 times a week outside, now its down to once a fortnite at best. Same as the actual store cleaning they used to have 3 cleaners for the store I did and they were there for 3 hours a day each, now there are 2 cleaners for an hour and a half, the point I am making is, whilst the cleaning companies go in cheap to get the work, these head office bods at Argos, Boots etc must know there comes to a stage where the work just cannot be done in the time the are allowing on certain stores but they just turn a blind eye because it saves them money, whereas what they should do when they get stupid quotes for less hours than they should know it takes to carry out the work is chuck them in the bin. They just cant keep cutting back and expect the same standards of results wether its window cleaning or cleaning etc
