hi everyone i just wandered how much cost to emloy someone on a part time rota about 20 hours a week like sick pay holiday pay and other payments any help please?

Without an hourly rate a wee bit guesswork here,statuatory sick pay will not cost you anything,it will be deducted from your PAYE payment,holiday pay is 1.75 days per month??,employers N.I will be about £1.50
