Not lost any work this week due to weather, fingers crossed.

same here mate, not lost any time and it hammered down yesterday, rained alot of monday and tuesday.
im glad it is raining we did need some rain, it stops all the new people popping up

We never stopped once
I had staff in East Grinstead - outside in toreential rain - all day
Others in Borehamwood - outside heavy rain - never stopped
And 1 at Mercedes World pressure washing - all day
Get some water proofs and get on with it.

Going out today and tomorrow as getting behind otherwise, need to get passed that mental block that customers don't like it
I offer the rain guarantee but when I'm booking the jobs in I still get comments from a few which can be off putting

The odd comment used to get to me but now it does'nt even register . I only have 2 hrs cleaning windows tomorrow . Then 2 gutter cleaning jobs . Mike

;DAnd stopwork until now for lunch. And saw other window cleaners cleaning shops this morning as I came through walsall, as I am at citedal just on the out skirts of walsall.
Been and nice and dry day upto now as clouds ar rolling by nicely. ;D ;D

managed 3 hours then torrential rain.home now,feet up with a coffee.filled tank up to the brim for tomorrow.hopefully ill get a full day in tomorrow and saturday.
the rain here this afternoon is unbelievable!!!very heavy!!even the most hardcore window cleaners wont be out in this!!! :( :( ;D ;D ;D ;D

Huh!
The missus came out of work last night to a flat tyre. So, I've had to take her to work and put her spare on, so she can drive home. But it was pouring down when I changed it and I got soaked.
I'm still trying to dry out and have to pick my non- stop, little lad up in a bit, so no relaxing for me.
At least one of us is earning but I wish it was me :(.

I've been out. It wasn't too bad this morning, more wet than dry this afternoon, nothing too heavy though. Thought half way through that I might as well keep going - patio splash back or not ;)

just got back got all work done today there was a couple of really heavy showers

Lovely sun-at last today(after two weeks of heavy rain)and yesterdays monsoon
My and my team smashed all our missed work and have caught up nicley,so hopefully no saturday work this week(need a blow out this weekend ;D)
Haven't dared look at the forecast yet- i'm too chicken :)

I arrived at a large house and it was peeing down. Lady came out and said "is it worth it?" I said " the rain makes no difference, do you want the scientific explanation?" she just laughed and said no thanks. So thanks to whoever it was on here that suggested that as an answer.

My work is commercial so come rain or shine,im on the glass.
If it is that bad i can always get the internals done! ;)
