Never
Modified to say: as long as they fit in with what we do, then will always take on new custom and never turn it away

yes----if they dont match my idea of the type of customer i want,ie no locked gates, you can only call on Tuesdays,do the tops one month then the bottoms the next, how much, i dont do standing orders, you will have to collect on fridays thats when i get my social,so is there is plenty of reasons for not wanting to go backwards ;D

I only say no if its not viable like out of my area or they don't want to pay my prices etc!!

Oh yes, for most of the past few years my round has been full to bursting. No so now, a few have died, a few more have moved away (quite a few actually, its becoming a bit of a problem) others have drifted off with various excuses but basically can't afford it. I've always taken on new customers but only recommondations and referrals.
