Title: big tea/coffee stains...

Just got a job only 4 a 10ft by 10ft bedroom.. However has 2 very big tea or coffee stains in the middle (ish)
will be taking photos of this one!

would prochem's stuff be ok? or should i change brand do you think? strange really, i havent had much dealings with tea or coffee only soft drinks and coke  :)

also might be blue felt tip pen in the middle of one... :(

They may not be tea and coffee stains if they are that big, could be browning instead. Post some pictures.

Look up at the ceiling for water leaks as simon says could be browning.
