Yep, Best safety device i've ever bought, highly recommended. Every ladder should have one!  ;)

I've seen them on midland ladders, but the one on there says you bolt it to the ladder, is that the type you have? Are they easy to fit?

I use ladder mats at the moment for uneven ground but find them a bit of a pain to get right. Is the basemate really as easy to use as in the video?

I have to say they look brilliant. but dont think i have had the ladder off the van for 6 weeks, which begs the question what is it doing on there? *mental note..take ladder off van

Yes, It bolts onto the bottom of the ladder. Takes about an hour to fit just need a drill with metal drill bit & some basic diy skills. For uneven ground it is brilliant, takes seconds to adjust. I have never felt safer on a ladder since I bought this device and would be reluctunt to use a ladder at height without one.

Mine will be here on wednesday , cant wait to get it fitted and get crackin on them awkward to site the ladder jobs .
