Title: help with wording please

i am drawing up a contract, now i am not very good at putting words togather,so can any one help, this is the line i need help with.

 vacuum cleaner will be provided by client & pat tested annually as agreed  should i put for a reduced rate from £xx  to £xx per hr  as this was my idea because funds very low after xmas and my car was stolen so had to buy a bannager to get me buy for now  regards blacksheep

The Client agrees to supply a Vacuum Cleaner which will be annually PATT tested at no expense to the Supplier in accordance with the schedule attached hereto.

This should be added in your schedule under your terms of business. Hope this helps.
