Post by: mark5379 on April 23, 2012, 04:13:07 pm
hi,I have been canvassing for new customers that can all be verified as i have all there phone numbers, they are all £6.00 claens once every 4 week, they are all council type properties 2-3 bedrooms in a compact area ,i am thinking £12 per customer is that a fair price and would you pay it?

Are these customers that you have canvassed and looking to sell on or is someone offering them to you? Interested to know how you got the phone numbers as well. Just being nosey!  ;D

Are they proper folk or just british scum / immigrant scum that u tend to find on the council estates these days .... easy to tell if theyre scum as front garden will have a dismantled and / or burnt out escort in it with a dead cat or dog close by.

If proper people I would pay you £12 no problem with payment after the cleans done and paid for ... even if a few dropped out I wouldnt moan.

i got these customers as me and a freind were going to start a round but he got a jobafter we canvassed,we did not door knock just posted leaflets and the customers rung me,i knew by then i was going to need to sell these customers as i could not do them so i said on the phone that i would ring them back thhis week with a set day for the clean, these are all people that rung me so i imagine they are good customers ,i have sold them now anyway, but was thinking of doing it again maybe on a regular basis as i know i can not do the windows but i am able to gain customers,i just needto find a regular window cleaner in notts now that will buy these names from me,i was just wanting to know a fair price as i know window cleaning is hard and didnt want to rip anyone off

Tbf these customers have never been cleaned so I wouldn't pay you anything for a few names. Im sure there would be others out there willing to pay though.

I would pay you a clean if they were confirmed customers and after I have arranged the service interval I would pay another clean if monthly
