Title: First 2 referals

I've been thinking about sending out a new-year letter to existing customers with a referal programme,£10 token per referal.However I have had 2 referals in 2 days,do I need to offer this incentive or keep my money in my purse? ;)

The custys that are already on your referal scheme I would keep your pennies in your pocket, but for those that might not be  ::) Send them 2-3 explaining that they can only use 1, but can give the others to freinds and rels

but ive got deep pockets and short arms  ;D
