I have a custy who this would be the third clean,I text to say il be here Monday morning 10 am,she says no prob that fine and she would call me if any change,so I turn up she out,so can't do back,second time in a row she done this and I went back the day after to clean back and collect payment,this time I'm maki.g this business work for me I left slip ,charged 2/3 and stated I don't collect etc,I get the feeling she will complain to try and avoid payment,........sorry just had to rant.

should have charged the full amount for her wasting your time, I can see where this customer is leading

Yep I'm waiting for her reply ,it winds me up as second time in a row,and I know she will try it on,although I don't have many custys yet in not prepared to carry the poope.

lol, i had one that was like that and even had me searching in her manky fridge freezer where i was assured of an envelope with outstanding money in, of course no envelope left........
why do some people think we have all the time in the world, oh can you come back and collect later, answer erm no i have to be else where and i do like to go home at some point!

had 1 today,no answer at door so we go over the gate.then 20 minutes later she rings up,annoyed as anything "dont you ever,Ever,EVVER go over my gate again, i know you, but it tells everybody im not in ,then somebody will come over and drill out my doorlock to break in "

i had a new customer and i used to text her to leave the back gate unlocked the night before.she never ever unlocked it!then when i went round to collect money for the front only.NO MONEY,NO CHEQUEBOOK AND DIDNT WANT TO PAY ONLINE!this went on a for a few months,i got paid in the end and dumped her.then about 10 months later she texted me"when are you coming to clean our windows as i havent seen you for a while?" ;D ;D ;D ;D
dumped and never gone back.unbelievable!!guess whos cleaning them now?yes the same company who seem to be hellbent on getting a foothold onto my compact estate work!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
