Title: Best inline heater?

Hi I've been looking for a used inline heater but no one seems to have one up for grabs on forums or eBay. So I might just get a new one but can't decide which one to get as there is no reviews anywhere. the magma inline heater looks good on paper does anyone know if there much good? Or is there better out there?
