i have so much work that i am always well behind, usually 4 weeks, i am putting my prices up for the first time in quite a number of years, i am in a situation that i want to earn more money for less work, i'm actually trying to slow down after 16 years in the business of window cleaning and am nearly 56 years old and i am morgage free,  i have just got a web site, and looking for more commercial work.

i am in a situation of do i sell some of my work or employ someone.

Plod on as you are , you done good by the sounds of it , if you take on workers it could cause you grief , do you want that now , i dont think so .
Up the prices and stay as you are , sell or rent when your time has come , dont go for com unless you can fight off the likes of Morris and Taberner and the like
