As Carol Vorderman used to (almost say) choose an answer from 1 to 5 and another (if applicable) from 6 and 7.
Oh and what would you charge for clearing out a small 3 bed semi with 3 sides of gutters?

just to clear them £30 to £40 quid small semi 3 sides, I expect everyone else will be double that at lest though

Would charge from £15.00 per side and lower porch areas from £7.50

£20 inc VAT per side for reg custys and £25 + VAT per side for one offs for ladder access jobs and £10 more on each for gutter vac domestic jobs

average house 30 a side is a fair price including clean out as well

£40 just inside and I think that's to cheap but I get every job and It only takes a hour or less so happy with that loads of referrals

I charge £25.00 a side Malc to clear gutters but use my discretion so for 3 sides I would charge between £60-75.00 depending on how long I think it will take and any obstacles/obstructions. I have a guttervac but find it just as quick and easy to use ladders on the type of house you describe. :)

if it was 3 sides of say 6-7metre lengths id try and go in at 30quid a side to clear them out and give them a full clean including fascias and soffits so 90quid we get this price regularly going in cheap 75quid

We charge around 25 to 30 per side,infact we got two on tomorrow.
I find the hourly rate drops down on add ons, but we advertise doing them, ie
Conny roofs, facia soffit gutter wash, solar panels and Gutter clearence.
Money is money at the end of the day,and these jobs top up the window cleaning turnover nicely
We do have a gutter vac (diy) and i normally use the ladder and the gutter vac.
My Mrs foots the laddder, i scoop the muck into a pile, then with gooseneck of gutter vac in hand i hoover up the worst of it.
On a lot of jobs i then get back up the ladder,and jet wash all the small debris that that vac has left,this takes only a min or two and leaves the gutters near spotless.
Book all add on jobs in for Fridays, as 90% of the time our normal window cleaning rounds are finished by Fridays

i charge £20 a side to clear out and £25 per side for gutter and fascia clean on an average
