How about ok i will do it next week when its not raining.
You did both agree to a set time period if you wanted to explain that to her.
Failing that just forget it and rebook.
If she keeps doing it dump her

Thing is although I need all the customers at the mo ,she wants to skip a whole 4 weeks just for the sake of a few days poor weather, when I said in the original text weather permitting so possibly Fri or mon,so I gave her a window of 3 days that I would have cleaned. I think il dump to be honest.

That's the problem with texting- Gives them an "option"

She probably looked at the windows & thought, Hmmmmm, they're not even that dirty really, think I'll save myself a few quid!

Just waiting on reply,I love when I'm out cleaning and getting the money, but I hate the feeling of getting held to ransom so to speak does it improve or you think it will bother me less as I get more experience?

It will bother you less when you get more customers magic, have to have thick skin when your starting out and put up with all the s..t .
When you get more customers if you get somebody skip a clean u just shrug it of and move on.
Just keep canvassing mate and if shes a messer get rid and replace  ;D

ive bin in this about 10 weeks now an im gettin the same ,im just glad that about 80 percent  of my custys are great ,, i get most of my custys cos they ./,/ just want someone reliable who wont mess them around ,/,/  well guess what love it works both ways  ;D ;D maybe that last bit sounded a bit sexist but you get my drift  ;D

A customer is only a customer if you clean their windows and they pay you. she might become someone you just swap texts with. I would offer her to go 8 weekly {cos that may be what she wants} at a slightly higher cost.

a lot of my custys would easily skip a clean if they could to save a few quid, and rain is an easy way for them to try it on,

i dont get any not todays and only tex about 3-4 custys, you do have to watch out for new custys as some dont want it regulary even tho they say they do,after a few cleans the novelty wears off and you can see it in there face that they arnt bothered about having them cleaned, but luckily most of mine are ok
