The eco trolley is ok but the pumps fail after about 1000-1200 hours use and there £120-£130 to replace with VAT and delivery

No Poor customer service plus there are better products out there i have a 36ft pole from them and its rubish but i only need it once a month for some flats.

Gardiners for poles

Purefreedom for hose reel and tank

You could go grey - or even die on hold listening to c**p music.
2 weeks ago Monday ordered a replacement 14LT DI vessel to match existing one.
Still not arrived.
How come Brodex don't even have one of their own DI vessels.
Never again.

Got my 1st system of them 7 yrs ago, i aired my disgust at their bad customer service (which all their custys seem to have experienced) and i got barred from shopping with them....lol.

7 yrs on, never ever used them again, it seems their products are pretty much 2nd rate too!

Spot on, good advice, and it's advice I took.  We saved a small fortune doing DIY, and I know intimately how my system works; and it works just as good as any fitted system.

And whatever system you buy, it'll go wrong at some stage, and you'll need to know how it works to fix it.

Gardiner's Poles are the 'forces favourites' too.

Never ever Brodex. Full of empty promises and very bad customer service. I am suprised they make any money as the majority of people on here do not rate them and always push Gardiners and Pure Freedom. They are who I would push too.

I had thought about doing just that, however my plan now is to wait for the hydra 36 for the occasional high job, and order the slx 25 for town houses or maybe as my main pole, I guess its fair to say I knew what to expect from Brodex, still a little frustrating though.

i got a text off them yesterday brodex are moving to KNOWSLEY on monday!!

i find the other wfp window cleaners near me have never even heard of gardiners and buy all their gear from brodex.poles, systems etc.

to be fair their systems look great but a tad expensive for me.i dont reckon much to their poles though compared to gardiners.too heavy and cumbersome with a  long closed length.
