Title: DIY System - How easy???

Hi

So we're going to be going WFP, but how easy is it to buy all the components individually and set up from scratch a 1000 ltr, 2 man RO system??

I have seen a system for sale, 1000ltrs, 2 poles, 2 reels, 2 pumps and controllers, merlin 720gpd RO, DI etc etc  its a self fit job into van but its all built and put togehter, its £1700 which i think is a good deal, can i do it for less?

Also with regards to RO is the merlin any good?

id say prob be hard do it for less imo unless you want a load of cr@p parts,depends what poles you want etc my price included an 25 ft slx pole

im still trad but iv priced up my diy system for 1 man and it comes to around £1500 this is for a static setup aswell,

have a look around different sites like i have to price it up roughly then you will no if its a good deal for yourself,i used places like ebay,gardiners,window cleaning warehouse

the amount of time it will take you to source the parts, I would go for that deal, less stress less hassle  ;)
