I have one customer who moans about wfp every time I clean, not as good as the old way, don't like water being left on glass, how can you clean windows with just water etc etc.
 
Explained numerous times how wfp works and she always tells me that they dry sparkling but still moans.

I cleaned today, upstairs no problem, downstairs suds everywhere, she had only gone and wiped her windows with washing up liquid. She came out and and said "there now that's how it should look when you clean windows"

 ??? ???

I've got one the same mate thinks I do a gr8 job but thinks
I'm cheating coz I don't use a ladder. She does my tits in tbh
Gave her a big price increase so she would dump me but no luck,

So I think I'm gona have to leave a skate board on top on her stair or something

Give them a squeegee and ladder to use while you are there so they can dry there own windows.
