they just need educating in WFP cleaning and how it works just as well, or better in the rain.

only lost 1 customer ever myself due to cleaning in the rain.

i can understand custys not wanting there windows done in the rain, but conny and fascias i mean thats just seems stupid,

the lastest job we have arranged a date next month when hes off work for the week and said if it rains basically dont come which could be annoying for some people as they mite not have any work for that day then, but it wont matter for me as id just do windows and re-arrange the job

Odd, because those are exactly the jobs you ought to do in the rain. Sounds like you just need to educate tbh.

I always leave gutter/facsia's for the rainy days. Ive a list of jobs that i work my way through when it rains. 9 times out of 10, when a customer asks me to clean gutters/fascias, there happy for me to just turn up when ever suits me.... which is when its raining  ;D

Same here,

With the ammount of rain we get down in Cornwall, I'd never get a full weeks work done!

It's all about educating the customers - I don't get any problems from customers when it's raining
