not bad for the money mate there is better, my grafter does wot i want it to ;D

I've got a 28ft grafter and I'm quite happy with it and as above, it does what I want.
You can also buy sections to add to it at a later date but forget using the hose. It's a nightmare of twisted coils. I replaced mine with streamline microbore.
Also, I've found the brush is surprisingly good.

I bought a grafter about a year ago - after less than a week the top clamp came loose
Qualiteeeeee ;D

Mine did also but after about a month. The supplier replaced and re glued the clamp, since then, no problems at all. There was no down time as I dropped the pole off at 5pm and picked it up at 8 the next morning.

I asked what warranty I had before I bought and was told basically no warranty - any probs will be down to wear and tear and they won't repair - to be fair tho, ive been told this by other pole company's too
I bought based on my budget at the time - the sections are still fine

I've just just emailed Ionics to find out if there's any warranty on their poles but I probably won't get a reply untill next Monday.
I just assumed my pole had a one year guarantee including fair wear and tear as it designed to be used.
