Title: flush pre filters

do you use the red button on the top of the pre filter to flush it?

this may be the blind leading the blind but I think thats to let air out.

Ive never flushed new pre filters as didnt realise you had to until yesterday when I ordered some from Gardiners and read it on the pre filter description  :o
