Title: Window Cleaning Professional
Post by: The Seven Bays Window Cleaning Company on April 06, 2012, 05:30:14 pm
Does anybody get a reply from the folks at Window Cleaner Pro anymore?

I'm due to swap PC's and new to shift the program from one PC to a Mac.

But having sent numerous mails to WCP I still have heard nothing......   this is a bit of a worry for any future problems I may have with the software.

If anyone can shed any light on this I'd appreciate that.

Thanks

Thanks Samson.

So, if there is no response I'll have no option but to change to another program - which is shame as I like and used to the way WCP works.

But what else there on the market - is there anything better than WCP?

I was just about to buy the gold support package, not sure it's
Worth it if they don't get back to you

will be watching this post with interest, as need to have support on the program or it is a liability due to the fact of the security built in the program, should we have to reinstall we would not be able to.

I emailed them a support query about a month ago and got a full response within about 48 hours. I suppose they could be away.

i have tried the program and think is great just lacks a two things

One : being able to do a full round of customer details print off.

Two : yearly updates

If they were to bring the program back to life and charge for yearly updates i for one would be happy to pay £250-£300 But £177 for a program that will become outdated due to lack of updates is to much  :'( :'( :'( :'(

It's a real shame because the program is great  :( :( :(

I had to re-install my PC last week & needed it re-activated. I got a reply & it all sorted in 3 days, which is what I'd expect without having the gold support option. The response I got was from brad@windowcleanerpro.com
