Clean It Up

I'm new to the cleaning side of things, can anyone advise me:
I've been asked to clean inside and out, about 60 lampshades. They're in-situ(can't remove them), glass, oval, vertical hanging with an opening at the bottom about 4" diameter.
Each one about 8" big. Hanging about 12' up. So a bit tricky. I've tried a feather duster on a stick...not very good results.
I just wondered if any of you geniuses have had something similar and found a way to clean them up?
Any help much appreciated.

hi there,
this is a case of getting up and personal with the shades,
several questions,
what furniture is at ground level.??
can you get triple multi ladder in??
or a tower??
where in the country is it??
obviously there will be a cost to this, but from our point of view, quote, sell and deliver the service
regards
