Cliff - Will try to put this politely but it will be a struggle..

As a company we heard about the forth coming ban, as a opposed to simply asking questions on here we actually contacted the relevant water companies (phone call + email) to get first hand information... some companies stated we could continue others told us we were banned, we could however contest the ban via a company representation - which is what we did, along with other like minded companies. We also contacted defra, our local mp plus local media to help strengthen our case.
Well funny enough would you believe it, due to all of 'our' efforts they have now agreed we can continue until July. At that stage it will be reviewed.

If this is not a wind up the question has to be asked - What have you done ?

Hi
Im a very small 1 man band who cleans anything to do with the outside of propertys.i have been going a little over a year and im still learning about the trade.i do very little patios and drives at the moment and most of my work is window cleaning.
Im asking on here because i know window cleaners can clean untill july and i havnt got a clue on the pressure washing side of things.
What have i done about it. Well im pretty much following stuff on here like alot of other people .
Apart from that im looking into getting my own borehole and if the need be will be going along that route.
Regards

Why dig up old posts?

Have the courtesy to look at my other posts, I try to help when i can.

I do however draw the line when someone cant be bothered to help themselves. Several guys on here including myself answered the same question day after day.
Reason for this direct response the question was asked on the day the hosepipe ban came into place.
Funny enough he asked Roger the same question around the same time - where is Rogers Post.

The question wasnt a simple ask 'which lance is best'  - It was a key time - Can we continue to trade as a window cleaner or pressure washing? so personally I would want to no answers before the due date.
Its nice when old posts are pulled up and critised without knowing / seeing the reasons for the post  :(
