Title: Vyair pressure switch.
Post by: SherwoodCleaningSe on April 04, 2012, 09:02:09 pm
I have 2 Vyair pumps both with controllers and the pressure switch on one is too sensitive, it keeps turning the pump off for no reason.  Does anybody know where I can get a replacement pressure switch that fits?

Thanks Simon.

Can you not adjust its switch?I am sure there is a setting screw under the switch lid or you have so obstruction on the pipeline obstruction not allowing the water flow.

Thanks for replies.

You can't adjust this pressure switch, it's not covered up with anything and no screws on it.  I could run the pump without the pressure switch wired in but I'm running it on a liquid logic unit and they don't have soft start up like varistream, so the pump would eventually over pressurise if left dead ended. I will have a look on eBay.
