For a wfp round worth £3,000 a month made up of £1,000 commercial and £2,000 residential?
-
10k max if good
-
12 grand if well estabilished

I personally would not risk buying commercial work unless you have been introduced to them and you are satisfied they are gonna stick with you after the takeover, more and more seem to be goin national to cut costs these days. less risk involved with domestic.

The commercial is apartment blocks, which I got from National companies coz they weren't doing them properly :D

try and sub the work for 2 cleans first then you will see what its really worth but 10k is fair gota be careful!
-
If thats all good work then if someone gets it for £10k then they have robbed it and a few months in they`ll be telling anyone that will listen how they got lucky!

Yeh just wondering whether I should try and sell but at 10k I think id rather keep it, I fancy training in something else but would need alot more than 10k to make it work.

Where in the country is it?
How much do you THINK its worth?
Personally, I wouldnt take 10x for my round. The money would be nice, but it doesnt stretch as far as you would imagine
