i have the dry fusion and think it is great, i think the only difference in the actual machine is the heater unit on the dry fusion machine is flat whereas the thermadry unit is upright so you can get under lower furniture with the df machine. i think they are even very close on price too.

if I wanted a system like this i would chose the D/F rather than the craftex version even if it was slightly more expensive as I would think you would get more support and help from D/F as its their only busineess......... unlike craftex who are a more general seller of carpet cleaning supplies

thinking of investing im hwe but dry in 30 mins may interest a lot of new customers altho the claims its quicker to clean with this method than hwe can not be true .

on small domestics where you can park within 50ft i don't think D/F would be quicker than HWE..... but on large commercial jobs it would be quicker

yes i do use their chems, they are very good but you really do need to use them as instructed.

back up is excellent, it has not happened often but when i have needed advice it has been available at the end of the phone.

must also add that due to cost of the chems you should be charging premium prices. its worth it.

That's a good idea. Can you only source them new from DF directly?

Creighton, on the top of your website, it reads:

Creighton Foyle Carpet Care LTD
Carpet & Upholstry Cleaning

Upholstery is spelt incorrectly - don't know if that might affect searches etc as its part of your heading?

With df how many pads would you need to clean the average 3up 2 down cheers

i think you can get about 20m2 from one pad but i suppose it would depend on how dirty the carpets are. so if you allowed 1 per room youd be ok.

Benny its well worth getting the demo for the dry fusion system.

As creighton said in his post its all about how dirty the carpet is for a starter.

I prob use 2 pads on an average size lounge

Del

I would go for the DF machine looks more professional SORRY Craftex looks like a bolt on job on a victor (but dose the same) both companies imo need to look at the drive plate design only six points of contact and the other six just touching ;)

Del..I use both systems really..

I do have a fair bit of commercial work that i have built up over the years so use the d fusion on them as my clients like the dry in 30 min system.

I use the dfusion on some domestic carpets and it does a great job..

Still use my hwe system too.

only ever used Dry Fusion and it doe's a great job and i use a pad per room but if i had to stop to move furniture i tend to change the pad when the furniture is back and i can just finish off without stopping.
