Keeping it simple, I was going to go with-

PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING

•   DOMESTIC & COMMERCIAL
•   FREE QUOTATIONS
•   FULLY TRAINED
•   FULLY INSURED
•   MEMBER OF THE APPROVED CARPET CLEANERS ASSOCIATION
•   EST. 2001

CALL FREE – 0800 612 6532
info@cleaning4swindon.co.uk

Any advances on that?

Cheers

Give them a reason to ring. EXAMPLE ... GET A THIRD CARPET CLEANED FREE. or something similar. Could be 50% OFF all stainguarding. Think about it... 50% off what... what ever you decide. This is just acouple of examples. These are just used to get there attention and gives them a reason to call. Also another good one is "dry in hours... NOT Days"

Whatever type of advertising you chose to use, it has to be used in its own way to try to maximise its impact. Try to treat all advertising as a seperate venture and use something to grab the attention of the person viewing.  Try to make your advert/leaflet stand out from the rest.

Owen what you should have asked is...... why the church?  ;)

every home within 4 miles of that church have received 84 of my leaflets ( 1 every month for the last 8yrs) any one who sees my van remembers it...... they then get a leaflet with a picture of the van...... who do you think is the most known carpet cleaner in my town?

Are you you the most used though ???

I get fed up with receiving the same junk mail all the time, once a month is over excessive, surely ???

just to show its sometimes not really important what the leaflet say just that they get a leaflet..... I ran out one month
so used this card which is my five-a-a-round card and I did'nt notice a drop in calls

this is the 1st proof so ignore the mistakes,

this photo shows the front and back

Mr Halliday, I suggest you take heed of what a fellow Mod recommended.....

"Hi Guys

Can we please stop the bitching, I have always found the Cc's on here pretty intelligent and they can see through attempts to manipulte the forum and obviously the mods keep a close eye on things.

Cheers

Doug"

In Mikes defence I've followed him through Beverley and seen the attention his van gets, (and not a second glance to mine lol) it looks fantastic and turns the heads!!

Also i stole his 'sorry about the noise' idea and have made loads from it, in fact 3 jobs this week down a street that I used the same idea on

He may come across bad on the forums at times but is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable and sucessful guys I have met in the cc industry
