For me it would be the friendship of my good mate Jon Tabbener from Cardiff who has helped me through some particular bad times.Secondly all the advice given you can pick and choose what suits your particular situation..............Regards Alan

For me, well, it has to be the wealth of knowledge available on here. Still new to the trade but getting there slowly so i look at this forum as a vital source of information....if that makes sense.

I've got to meet some great folk, Neil being one of them and Trev.

But I have to say that I consider a lot of CIU members as mates who I've never actually met or even spoken to, Billy, Derek, Ash and Clinton to name but a few.

I'll have to email you some of the details, but it was a good couple of days - he's very well renowned apparently, but the course was a bit too much of an introduction - covering lots of things that I had already studied at home anyway.

The guy who I travelled up with has done a few smoking cessation sessions (try saying that after half a dozen pints) with clients, and had good results, but I've been too busy with trying to keep the CC'ing ticking over to do much as yet.

loads of experience. i've learnt from loads of mistakes that others have made and have come across them many times and knew what to do, and react like a pro even though it was the first time it happened to me.

Tip from Kevin Loomes about using a hairdryer while using a solvent to remove ink from a 'flocked' fabric.  Never heard to use a hairdryer to prevent the solvent delaminating the fabric.  Well happy customer when we went back and got the ink off, well most of it, where previously I'd have stayed clear of any solvent spotter on flocked fabrics.

hi ash . i done a 5 day hypnosis course with jonathan 5 years ago . he told us all how easy it was to make big money at it but the reality was different . people treat you like your a witch doctor at times. dont do much of it now but what a party trick i've learned for life with instant inductions. good luck mate
