Title: what do you do for positive customer service ?

my favourite customer is my old head master from school and he calls me sir ;D I like the mark of respect he has

always smile and be polite
always try and turn up when you say you will
always be smart and presentable
always be straight with the customer dont promise things you cant do and make sure they understand how you operate
always try and resolve any issues or complaints a customer may have however much you want to tell them stick it.

what more can you do??
