Gets better in month 3; trust me; by month 5 you'll be laughing.
Also, ditch the trolley if you can, and go van mounted. Don't cite parking as an excuse, you just have to get to within 100 meters of your property.

I an tired of reading advice like this remember a trolley is a van mount with a small tank.
Its easy to start at the top.
I have this ionic system and a fancy sign written van with a wrap a round.
Just look at me I am a top windy.
Remember they all clean the same.its the tools in the smart hands that achieve results.
No wonder customer do not respect our industry.

keep going mate and yes leave the trolley in the van connected up to a tank and 100m of microbore.using trolleys all day is harder work than it needs to be.plus you ll waste time changing barrels/pushing trolley.
best wishes

What you can try is a table spoon of borax in you trolley this brakes down chemical build up. Its added in many cleaning agents. Its a white powder. You will need to de solve this powder a litre of pure before adding it to you trolley water and it will have to be rinsed of with pure after a good scrub.

I have a backpack and a 250l trailer setup
when i use the backpack i am always trying to use less water
when i use my trailer i use more water but get a better job
its all down to alot of scrubbing and rinsing, at least on the the first few cleans

Can't you try and find a fellow window cleaner in or around your area to have a day with and see what they are doing and maybe where you are going wrong?

If one says rinse its not quite right.
What we really do is wet the glass agitate the dirt and flush and float of the dirt.
Reduce water flow and you reduce the floating ability of pure water. Which will take longer to clean and therefore in turn use more water or have problem with the result. I don`t believe saving water is good for the best result. Were we see this working is on flat conny roves low flow, no clean.

No, wiz, it's not window cleaning snobbery. If a window cleaner has a van, then the cost of making it into a van mounted WFP system is probably cheaper than buying a trolley. You get a 2nd hand tank for under £100, a pump and controller £150, hose and hosereel £100 - so total cost is about £350.
Obviously if someone has a trolley system, they'll already have the water purification stuff, holding tank and poles.
It's just an EASIER way to work, so you can work quicker and longer and make more money.
