Title: Spotter for customer with pets

Hi guys, apart from asking the custy to call me if a pet has an accident,can anyone recommend a spotter I can leave with a customer to help them with any pet stains.

I would think that so long as the spotter included an enzyme then any would do, but by this I mean a professional one not a shop one!

If they are quick, and dab up the excess and use your product then it may lift - and counteract any odour too. I would tell them to use it, see how it goes and then call you for proper help if needed. Or suggest that to be on the safe side - to call you quickly and you will deal with it correctly!

I'm sure Restormate do something for this, but cant remember what its called.

Customer of mine got something that was supposedly very good,but if you could see the damage it has done you would be in tears.
Carpet in her dining room worth around 2 grand,new just over a year ago,is now covered in yellow patches,keep telling her to stop using it,but she won't have it.Carpet in 1 of the lounges pale green covered in yellow patches.Top late to do anything now,breaks my heart
