Title: Bayersan Customer Service
Post by: Inside Out on March 23, 2012, 02:17:00 pm: Had the head drop off of a 4month old bayersan pole on Monday morning. The rivets in the collar have pulled right out of the glass pole. I rung and asked what they could do.

After my first call at 9.15 I was told to ring back in 2 hours and someone would be able to help me. Phone was then engaged till about 1pm. When I finally got hold of someone I was told..

It's not a fault because "its only happened about 4 times in the time they have been making poles"!?

They said they would send a replacement collar, but no fixings as it was not their fault. It's Friday, I have no replacement! I thought you should all be aware of this experience before possible purchases!

I can assure you I did not drop it. Just not fit for purpose. Yes I'm guilty of looking for a cheap pole. Live and learn!
